Hey folks! It's Time to make 'Kraut!
Got my airlock lids and have been having a blast with it!!!
I am running out of closet space, that is if I choose to go with the hearsay that I have not been able to verify yet, hence why I am here.
I need your opinions, I had read that you should store your ferments ten feet apart during the fermentation.
How do you store yours during the process of fermentation? Not for storing, I am going to can them properly and store in the fridge once finished. Got 2 big jars going already :)
