~ Food Has Power ~
I am 8 weeks pregnant and my stomach is driving me crazy! I have morning sickness all day and night, I am terribly constipated and gassy_TMI sorry_ and I am just so bloated and uncomfortable. This is my third pregnancy I know that a certain amount of these things is totally normal and ordinarily I wouldn't sweat it but I am SO uncomfortable and terribly sluggish all day long.
And this last week and a half or so I started craving cheese and crackers-both wheat and dairy really should be off limits for me-and my nausea and vomitting stopped all together and I have had a better appetite but my digestion is so beyond screwed at this point.
I am taking new chapter perfect prenatals and drinking nettle leaf tea and trying to stay very hydrated. But everytime I start to feel nauseous I start to want the heavier, fattier foods and more carbs. These are not things that should be a staple of my pregnancy diet! What the heck is going on here?

I am drinking smoothies again-started this morning-with cultured coconut milk and I am taking New Chapter All Flora about 12 billions worth before bed at night.
I am very curious about the remedies you linked me too and will be checking them out ASAP!
