Dear Pat and all other Master Tonic gurus -
I made my tonic on Saturday and added all of Pat's recipe's ingredients. One catch - - I didn't read the end of recipe closely enough to see that my container need 1/4 space at top to add the ACV. So, with container loosely filled, I topped off with ACV (and watched as ACV filled in between spaces throughout top-to-bottom of container.) The herbs on top - - just bunch of cilantro - - now look dulled gray green. Is this okay? I hope my carelessness won't cost me the batch. Any thoughts?
Thank you Pat for a great site! - Mary

The tonic is fine. No worries. But, I'd consider dividing the ingredients into two jars and top them both with more ACV. More ACV = more tonic when you strain. :-)
