Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but my DD who is 10 months is having some major food issues (at least i think its food). I had her allergy patch-tested at 8 months because six-year old DS was getting tested again, & I knew she had a dairy intolerance or allergy, as well as mucous in her poop- sometimes green, sometimes yellow. She ended up having 13 food intolerances- dairy, eggs, turkey, beef, chicken, pork, green beans, peas, peanuts, wheat, rice, corn & rye. I cut out all those foods January 1st & there has been no change. This past week, she's become covered in a rash I can't attribute anything to. I'm not even sure it'd be considered eczema, it kind of looks like baby acne everywhere except her face. She's tried solids (banana, avocado & potato), with no obvious reaction, but also no improvements so I've decided to stop solids until I can hopefully get her to baseline.

Right now I'm considering a TED diet, which sounds exhausting, but after 8-weeks of the diet I've been on, not sure if it'd be too bad. I've also been eating a lot of soy because she tested positive to all meat, but I also know soy is top offender so now wondering if that could be source of rash & a developed intolerance? I'm thinking of trying turkey, too, even though she tested positive a couple months ago, because the allergist felt like she probably had a lot of false-positives, & my diet is definitely not prime right now. Also, she didn't test positive to potatoes, which I know are inflammatory, but I've been eating a lot of them, as well.

Her symptoms: mucous in poop, mostly yellow, sometimes green; nurses 3-5 times a night- wakes up with a scream , then nurses & is fine; spit up a lot til 6 months; small eczema patches randomly; sometimes makes a loud grunting sound after eating, crawling, etc.; full body rash last 5 days; developmentally on track; 50% for height/weight, was 95% for weight for first 6 months; & the most challenging one is she is extremely happy, amazing temperament, doesn't seem to have obvious discomfort.

Also, little history on DS1- severe eczema from 1-3.5 years old; multiple food allergies & intolerances; environmental allergies; asthma. I have asthma, MIL has environmental allergies & asthma; niece has intolerances, so lots of genetics. Would love any thoughts or suggestions to help get her to baseline & keep my health up, I don't want either of us to suffer nutrionally, as well. Thanks so much!!
