Does anyone have some good, practical tips to help me stay off of refined sugar? I'd like to lose a few pounds and well, sugar just isn't good for me. I'm pretty addicted.
I know t the end of the day I'm either going to eat it or not, but I'd love some practical tips. Thanks!
For myself, I used a program called Radiant Recovery to help me heal my biochemistry and come off of sugars. RadiantRecovery.com is their website if you are interested in that. Otherwise, if you are not interested in removing all sugars, you could switch your sugars to honey and agave syrup if those are still considered healthy these days.

Increase nutrient dense foods, add sour foods, include ferments, magnesium helps too.

In my personal experience I have noticed that when I drink water kefir I don't have such a sugar craving.
Though I agree with Pat, that would be best.
