I am looking for some help with stomach bloating issues. It began noticeably over the winter for me. Now it seems everything I eat makes me stomach bloat. I eat a majority whole foods diet with the occasional conventional cookie treat or what not. Lately I will bloat after a smoothie.

i suggest trying digestive bitters. I recommend Herbalist and Alchemist's Digestive Bitters product. Urban Moonshine has a good product also. you could make your own as well - lots of recipes in the internet. it does take a few months of use of bitters to see changes, though changes will occur ever so gradually.
usually air in the stomach is caused by lack of gastric secretions, resulting in fermentation and production of gas.
Maybe you have SIBO? That's small intestine bacterial overgrowth. I've read that you can take grapefruit seed extract between meals and then supplement with lots of probiotics to get the balance back to the right bacteria.

For temporary relief I would very highly recommend chewing fennel seeds about 1 gram at a time no more than 2 times a day. Also kombucha and kefir are amazing.
