Yes, this is common in health care, unfortunately. Private businesses can make vaccination a condition of employment, per my understanding. I do not believe that a religious exemption is applicable from everything I've heard over the years.

Thanks, Pat. My boss has checked with an attorney, and yes, we have to have the injection. I'll take the shot...but not without a full-out battle! =D
Do you have religious exemptions in your state? We have that here and I'd push from that perspective. I'd even involve the media before taking a vaccine.
Can you delay until the last date so that perhaps it is less necessary. Although, I'd say that now is a healthier time of year to assault your immune system than December.
What about a medical exemption for additives or adjuvants? Mercury, aluminum blood levels, or other allergy? Eggs?
This is a huge national issue. Have you found any resources online addressing this?
