breastfeeding and elimination diet for baby's food sensitivities

Seeing how miserable my newborn was, my midwife suggested I try an elimination diet to see if food sensitivities were the culprit.  Yup!  Unfortunately, she's almost five months and my diet is still darn limited.  We eat an organic, whole foods diet that is pretty nutrient rich (I'm sure I could do better ;) but I'm still worried about missing key nutrients due to her restrictions.  I've toyed with the idea of taking a prenatal again (I did during pregnancy and after birth until we started eliminating foods) but worry that will trouble her too (with so many sensitivities, I don't eat anything I don't cook!). I'd love to hear suggestions from anyone who's been down this road!  As of now, due to reactions, we skip dairy, eggs, corn, soy, gluten, apricots, nuts, most fruits other than apples (with waiting 4 days between testing foods and then needing to get back to baseline before testing another food, it's a really slooooow process to add foods!), potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes, and nightshades.  The list feels long to me, I'd love some advice :)

I always think eggs should be two different categories as many are only sensitive to the whites....so the only thing I can add is to try to add back in the yolks to truly test the eggs.
