I very much prefer to up the nutrient content of the diet with foods but through some experimentation realized that if I add calcium, magnesium, zinc and boron to my 5 year old's diet it really helps her teeth. It also helps her want more healthy foods (rather than wanting as many carbs and sweets). The problem is she doesn't like the taste of the ones we've been using and can't stomach them any more even mixed with sweets.
I was thinking of Mother Earth Minerals http://www.meminerals.com/
but don't know how they taste. Anyone use these or have other kid-friendly ideas?
