Nettle Infusion question
I was wondering if there would be any harm in adding Bilberry leaf to my Nettles when I do the infusion?
Also looking for a good resource to have on hand telling me how much,how,etc., of certain herbs to use for healing.

Kris, I'm not familiar with bilberry leaf. But, Learning Herbs is my favorite, reliable resource about herb usage. Learning Herbs is a wonderful learning tool about many herbs and their beneficial uses. It is a fee based membership community.

Are you sure it was Bilberry leaf you meant to use not the berries? I am a medical herbalist and have only ever heard of the berries being used, and yes adding dried berries to a nettle infusion would be great, but sorry I can't help with the leaf part.
What was the intention of it? As in were you taking the nettle infusion for a specific reason or just for good health?
