~ Food Has Power ~
I'm having a fried egg sandwich with lettuce greens picked from my garden yesterday evening. I rarely have a sandwich without lettuce or spinach greens. And often I have green onions on it, too. Also from the gardens.
I'm green and feeling great so far! I had to stop putting mustard greens or ginger in the smoothie since it was making me feel funny when I drank it and for the 1st hour after. However I just went out to get more greens and now I can add spinach to my smoothie!
Yes absolutely,
I look forward to more ways to bring more green to breakfast!

I'm in for March. I was late coming in on the February one, so I didn't jump in. It's perfect timing, too, as I'll be going grocery shopping the day before!!
Hi
I'm in! It will be good to keep me motivated
Today is day #1 of our 14-Day GREEN Breakfast Challenge! What did you eat GREEN today?
Pat
This morning I am had a juice with kale, cucumbers, celery, apple and ginger and lime.
Just finished a brunch of eggs with sauted sweet onions and spinach. In the past I have topped that with grated cheddar cheese, but I forgot today and it was still delicious. Used butter to saute the onions. After a while added frozen chopped organic spinach and sauted a bit more. Then added the eggs/milk mixture. If you like, grate cheddar on it and it will melt. Good alone or on buttered toast.
Smoothies with (among other things) spinach & strawberries, including the tops!! Kelp in chili at lunch. Dinner we had green beans & sprinkled everything with kelp.
