I'm not really interested in doing a GAPS diet, but it made me wonder how you could know the severity of the unhealthiness of your gut and also how you could tell when your gut is healed. a little about me
I'm a young women living on the edge! I have a very full life. Previously a nanny, I currently live in India teaching missionary kids. When I return to the States next summer I will be working full time and taking some part time college, and eventually studying full time and working part time. I'd like to learn how to live healthy without wasting half of my life working feverishly for it. Balance--that's the word.
