"My son was getting nosebleeds that lasted a long time for years. Then I took him to a classical homeopath and we used the remedy she recommended, which was also for some of his other issues -- eczema and anxiety. His nosebleeds have slowed way down."

"Just depends. I add 2 cups of greens to smoothies. Maybe start with a leaf and work up. But, banana, mango, avocado, cinnamon and cayenne shift the taste buds. Beet helps to keep a smoothie red.Pat"

"Reading that list, I can safely say he has had no vitamin K foods in a while :( he's not a pickey eater, but his brother is, and he mimics. I will try to push some today. I don't think he has had any extra omega 3's."
