~ Food Has Power ~
I am trying to heal some bone issues and other affects of arthritis. I am thinking that I need to increase my calcium alot and I was reading about increasing CoQ10. I would prefer to have nutritional and herbal resources, but I'm wondering if using some homeopathic {CalcPhos6x and CalvFlour12x} or supplements from DrRon's site would be better to jumpstart with?
I was also looking at DrChristopher's for teeth?
Also need a source for VitC., maybe Camu?
I have neglected this for so long. I was learning what foods to avoid and not focusing on adding as well. But I am nursing and the baby is also showing some signs of soft spots on her teeth.
Thanks!!

This is not exactly what you are asking for, but if you are having pain and inflammation problems and pain, try Rutin. It is derived from buckwheat (as long as you are allergic to wheat products). I have found it to be the best source of an inflammatory out there. I take one pill every morning and for the basic everyday pain - I don't have it anymore. Have a lot of back pain, but not while on Rutin. Good luck Margie
There's calcium (and other minerals) in bone broth. You probably also should get your Vitamin D level checked. Turmeric and bromelain are good for inflammation, and ginger.
