~ Food Has Power ~
Hi there. This is my first post to a community blog (ever!) so forgive me if I don't get this quite right the first few times.
Re the 10 pm bedtime club invite, I am so in! I am delighted to know there are others out there who head to bed by 10 or maybe even earlier sometimes. Over the past few months, with some significant changes in my life, I have had the opportunity to let my body recover from about 2 and a half years of incredibly stressful work. The most wonderful by-product of this break has been finding my natural sleep rhythms and duration again. It seems my body likes to shut down around 9:30, and easily sleep nine and a half hours. With that, plus good food and exercise, I am high energy all day.
