Just shake/stir the coconut milk kefir. It is thinner, not as thick as milk kefir can get.
I would save some kefir grains back in dairy milk as they will not continue to reproduce in coconut milk (usually).
So, maybe put them back in dairy milk to see if you can revive them.
You can make coconut kefir with water kefir grains also.
