Hi Pat! So glad I found this site...love meeting like-minded people and learning from each other! Yes, I do have info on the Health Benefits of teas. I like to use both floral and herbals as well as rooibos and camillia sinensis.

I don't have all the teas & herbs available yet. I used to blend my own & will be doing so again ASAP- but right now, I go through Violetea- I will add links to my page, thank you!
I am using mostly for cravings to help with weight loss & stress. Look forward to getting to know you:)

Terrific! I'd love to learn more about different teas. I just heard of a friend of a friend who has hundreds of different teas! He is passionate about tea. :-)

If you have a favorite resource about the benefits of tea, please share.

    Have a great day.

    Wow! What an amazing resource!

Do you sell teas? Tell me about the 'tea parties'! How does that work? Do you bring a variety of teas to taste and offer for sale? That sounds fun! You mentioned blending your own teas. So, do you purchase tea in bulk and repackage it? Or order just the indiviual products desired and ship to the customer? I'm wondering about the logistics of providing the products, post tea-party.

I'm fascinated. I imagine a bunch of my friends would enjoy doing tea tasting parties for the social delight.
