Mitigating Toxins

Environmental Toxins - minimize my exposure, efforts to eliminate them altogether make me miserable with anxiety, isolated, and broke.

I am now trying to focus on ways that I can mitigate toxic effects while continuing to live fully, and in the understanding that I will continue to be exposed to them. I'm thinking bisphenols, hrf waves, mercury vapors, etc.
