I don't think I could put it in to words right now.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
I had a mild interest in holistic living as a teenager which has grown markedly since having my first child. He has a lot of food intolerances, which has pushed me down the path to becoming a more healthy person.

I'm a 22 yo mother of 2 kiddos with food intolerances, working on eliminating candida, healing our guts, and getting on with the detoxification.
