What does "holistic" mean to you?: Heal the body naturally and with food and find alternatives to drugs
How long have you been interested in holistic living?: 30 years I have been studying this subject
a little about me: I grow my own veggies, make my own products as much as possible. I dont do drugs by doctors, would rather find a natural way to cure things. Thank God I am healthy and I want to stay that way.
