How long have you been interested in holistic living?: most of adult life - more interest in the past 10 years
a little about me: just purged 35 years of stuff, to live simply. Husband on disability and we are living in a 5th wheel ( I am gently persuading him to get off the processed crap - his chronic pain is manageable now) Educating myself through internet research and formulating potions and foods - this is my insurance. Would love to share and exchange recipes and ideas.
