What does "holistic" mean to you?: Anything God created, for the body God created.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?: 20+ years, on and off, but the last 5 years, since having a child a month before I turned 40, and realizing how difficult it has been to bounce back.
a little about me: My husband and I have been married 11 years (together for 19), I am divorced and remarried. We have 2 children 15 years apart, Hannah (21),from my previous which we all get along and Rachel (5). We moved to southern California a little over 2 years ago from clean, quiet, serene Northern Michigan. I love the sources we have available, but really miss fresh meat and a big garden.
Professional or business affiliations?: My friend, Dara Ree, has a business Designed by Nature that I really believe in and find necessary.
