a little about me: I am a retired fireman from Sacramento, CA. I moved to Columbia, TN in 2009 to be near my older son. I "suffer" from an irregular heartbeat. I am vegan. I make Master Tonic Honeygar (Facebook) I subscribe to the McDougal plan and communicate with Dr Esselstyn. I am a Christian who loves Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I am married 22 years and have two teens.
