How did you learn about the "Heal Thyself" site?: I wandered here from the wellness circle facebook page.
What does "holistic" mean to you?: To me holistic means naturally caring for the person as a whole; body, mind and spirit, rather than just treating symptoms with drug after drug.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?: My mother was always interested in holistic living, so I think it has always been a part of me to some extent. Now that I have a family of my own, I find myself much more interested in holistic living.
a little about me: I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. I have a beautiful baby boy who is the best part of me. I grew up in rural Nevada with a wonderful family that taught me so much and laid a strong foundation for me to grow into the person I am today. I now live in North Carolina with my husband and son, but I will always be a westerner.
