How did you learn about the "Heal Thyself" site?

Mothering Commune Forum. My ID name there is beadmama
I learned about this site from a signature in one of the many detoxing your pathways discussions.

What does "holistic" mean to you?

Holistic to me means natural remedies and support for our bodies and minds. Western medicine has its place but I will always turn to natural and nature first.

How long have you been interested in holistic living?

I have been learning and growing in my knowledge and experience for the last 5 years or so. I still feel a little overwhelmed by all there is to know and learn and wish I could just have the answers:)

a little about me

I am 31 years old and married to dh for 9 years and we have a 15 month old daughter named Abigail. I work from home 20 hours a week and do everything I can to continue to be able to stay home with Abigail as that is the most important place for me to be. This includes cooking all meals from scratch, okay a few cans here and there, hanging laundry, limiting car usage, no cable tv etc... I have no problem doing these things but dh misses cable tv LOL.
