The two things I've seen are urticaria have to with high histamine levels or else salicylate sensitivity.

I don't have personal experience with IgE allergies (anaphylactic), so I'm kind of scared to even talk about them. They scare me.
For glucuronidation, I've just seen the bit at tuberose. I'm not sure how much you'd need to eat or if you need supplement-quantities. My guess is that if it's doing something for you, you'd notice within a few days to a week, but that's just a guess. There's a fair bit of info out there if you google calcium d-glucarate and estrogen. Maybe that would be a good place to start? Feel free to start a thread with any cool links you find, too! ;)
