The left one is my ginger bug and the ones in the green bottles are 2nd ferment water kefir:)
Hmmm... shaved ginger and brine?
just ginger and sugar - add a bit more ginger and sugar daily and it will start fizzing away - add it to water kefir for second ferment to make a yummy non-alcoholic ginger beer :)
