<p>I'd like to ditch all my vitamins in the end. It seems so silly to have a shelf full. </p>
<p>This only goes to show we need to eat our beans and green----and liver. Good vitamins are expensive, and folate foods are very affordable. </p>

I'm taking New Chapter Perfect Prenatal and it contains folate, not folic acid. They are also from a whole foods source and pretty pricey! One plus to a whole foods source is that it doesn't make me sick after I take it.

Just some food for thought. I'll have to read the beginning thread again later when I dont need to be in bed, to fully understand it. It's a little tough to wrap the brain around. It seems to say that one somewhat prevents the assimilation of the other ?
