Bone broths and nettles are huge for improving detoxification, nutrients and anti-inflammatory. Nettles are anti-histamines. Green smoothies help too. Flax seed for the essential fatty acids. Black seed (oil) nigella sativa helps asthma specifically.
Beans and legumes have molybdenum for detox. Selenium helps too (it is in nettles).
