<p>We make ours plain, then strain it and add some grape juice too it. Organic is best as you don't want to hurt the bacteria. I usually let it sit out for 24 hrs after adding the juice with a tight cover. It gets a bit fizzy. Our kids love it this way! You could also google "water kefir soda" lots of good recipes out there.</p>
