It doesn't seem to matter how I eat these sulfur foods: raw, cooked, fermented, alone or combined with other foods. I do slightly better with garlic cooked than raw, but I mean slightly. No matter how I eat them, the results are the same.<br />

Thanks for the yeast link. I'll have to check that out. I had done a lot of work eliminating yeast years ago and have been pretty much without sweets for a long time. But maybe there is still yeast there or maybe something is…

Thanks for the yeast link. I'll have to check that out. I had done a lot of work eliminating yeast years ago and have been pretty much without sweets for a long time. But maybe there is still yeast there or maybe something is still missing from having had yeast overgrowth and a diet heavy in sugars in the past. I'll look at that link now.<br />
