i dont have alot of time but basically this is it.

I think i got dehydrated on sunday, since then i have not felt myself.
yesterday I didnt eat all day only drank almond milk (maybe it was bad and that is why I felt weird yesterday and today) in the am, then slept most of the morn and the rest of the day only drank tea (nettle RRL alfalfa dandelion licoriche) alot of tea. today i ate some fruit and some meat.

My main symptoms are my memory is SHOT!!!! and I am so so so thirsty.

aside from drinking the tea and more vit C (hadnt taken it in a while) teh only thing i am doing for myself is nursing my toddler MUCH less, i've cute her back to b4 bed. so what is up with me?

Can't really help.. But wanted to say that I think it's rad your still bfing your dd. How old is she now???
3 1/2 i am folowing what i did iwth my first dd fortunately or unfortunately nursing till it makes me sick.
I'd drink some carrot or orange juice for the potassium. And some bone broth for minerals, plus sea salt.

Ummm...is the 'not eating all day' common? Do you have routine for meals, nutrients, hydration?

Are you doing any new supplements? Something could be out of balance?

I don't know how you (or anyone) nurses through pregnancy! That's when I started to get sick. But then again, I was vegetarian/vegan and didn't get into TF until a bit later...

the tea i was drinking all day is a nutrient powerhouse.

no not eating all day is not common for me but i do think that it is normal when ppl feel sick to not have the urge to eat for a day. it allows the body to cleanse whatever is causing the imbalance.

but i do recall a specific nutrient that when you dont have it, a symptom is excessive thirst? (there were 2 links for symptoms of nutrient deficiencies i saved one from health-science-spirit.com and i guess that it was on the other link - do you havce it?)

also isnt a certain neurotransmitter nmeccesary for good memory? and if i lack the precurser then... i will forget stuff?

am i making all this up? does anyone know what i am talking abt?
