<p>You can blend up a bunch of veggies and make a real nice soup adding an avocado, maybe some garlic and top with nutrtional yeast and sprouts or sprouted nuts. You can also take juiced veggie juice like carrot, cucumber, etc. and add to vitamix with an avocado and make a soup.</p>

<p>I just got a vitamix over the weekend (yeah!) and made a delicious (mud colored) smoothie: loads of spinach, two oranges, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, frozen banana, one kiwi. Drank it throughout the day. Had a salad as well with rommaine, tomatoes, cukes, onion, cheddar cheese, avocado and dressing. Looking forward to getting ideas of what to blend and how to incorporate more green into my diet. :)</p>
