I've been having a kefir smoothie for lunch with an egg added most times, vanilla and nutmeg add to the flavour; I have not tried adding greens as yet. Any leftover makes afternoon tea. For breakfast we have juice from orange, apple, carrot, celery, sometimes with beetroot. Will try some greens.

I am pregnant and am always super-concerned about doing any detoxing because of this. I know that some do enemas throughout their pregnancy, but what can I do to protect my baby while making better food choices? I'd like to have more vibrant health, but don't want to make bad choices for the baby. I know that oil pulling can pull toxins out of the blood and niacin will do the same. I don't see how OP could be bad, but with even niacin, am I putting the baby at risk?

I am in for adding more greens to our diet and I already add nettle to my pregnancy tea -- which Red Raspberry Leaf is considered "dangerous" by our government for pregnancy?! That's another things I'm ignoring. Horsetail very good for you and your bones, but possibly dangerous for baby because of the high silica content and its diuretic effect. Marshmallow root can cause edema and other issues. Can't I put them together and cancel the negatives?

Sorry, not the forum, but curious about adding greens and detoxing during this pregnancy and if anyone has had experience or knowledge of this issue.

Thanks,
