Hi, I'm new to this site. Thankful Pat added me. I banged my head SUPER hard the night before last night. I banged my head really hard almost a year ago when I passed out (the only time in my life I ever passed out). I just taught a Spanish class, and I've been feeling strange! Felt like I'd pass out at home (before class). When I was looking at my students, it was hard to look at them and focus. My eyes have felt funny. I haven't vomited, but I've had a bit of nausea. I have an appointment with my primary this Wednesday. But is there anything I should do in the meantime? Glad I have the appointment! It was scheduled as a general follow-up visit--comes at a good time. Thanks for your help! ~Valerie

Definitely put progesterone cream on your head. Even men can do this.  I read of a study many years ago on mice who were banged in the head as an experiment.  So sad---anyway, the females fared better and they finally figured out it was their progesterone. So next they put some on the males and then they fared as well.  I recommended this to a friend whose father hurt his head but I don't think she believed me.  Then about 1 1/2 yrs later saw an article by Mercola that also stated this  We both got it from Dr. John Lee, who is a big promoter of progesterone.
