<p>There's calcium (and other minerals) in bone broth. You probably also should get your Vitamin D level checked. Turmeric and bromelain are good for inflammation, and ginger.</p>

<p>This is not exactly what you are asking for, but if you are having pain and inflammation problems and pain, try Rutin. It is derived from buckwheat (as long as you are allergic to wheat products). I have found it to be the best source of an inflammatory out there. I take one pill every morning and for the basic everyday pain - I don't have it anymore. Have a lot of back pain, but not while on Rutin. Good luck Margie</p>
