I am one day late. But, that's ok. I have my green drink.. Barley Greens, acai powder and almond milk. Going to be out of town for a few days with my youngest son who is having surgery tomorrow at Wake Forest, but taking my green stuff with me. Whole Foods right down the street. Can't really take my Blendtec, but I will take my little blender and make my green drinks in the morning. love this idea! Thank you Pat!

I made a chocolate milkshake. No kidding. One banana, two tbsp of cocoa powder, a cup of baby spinach, about a half cup of frozen blueberries, a scoop of protein powder and a cup of liquid (I used milk, cause that's what I had, and hey, it's calcium!). Whirr in blender and enjoy. Makes enough for two servings.
